We realize that some purchases just don’t work out well. With our 100% guaranteed return and exchange policy, you can return unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a free exchange or instant refund. We clearly inform every customer that when they receive their order, they should try it on over panties or undergarments. We won’t be able to offer any refund or exchanges in case of worn products due to hygienic reasons.
Our Condition and Requirements for Returns & Exchange
Returns and exchange will only be made subject to a quality check, inspection and approval by our quality inspection team. For any returns and exchange to be made, your returned products should meet the following requirements:
- Should not be worn
- Should be unused
- All original tags should be present
- Should be free from any smell
- Should be free from animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on latex items
- Original packaging
- Should have been purchased within 90 days from the date you received your initial purchase
Refunds shall be given in the same payment form within 90 days of receipt of your return order. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be liable to pay your own shipping cost for returning your product. Please remember to keep your shipment receipt with you until you have received your full refund if by chance your return is lost on its way back to us.
Any returns and exchanges that do not comply with our return policy will not be entertained and will be returned back to the customer.
We will be happy to allow all returns and exchanges of your products in their original condition if:
- The product you received was incomplete
- The product you received was incorrect
- The product you bought did not fit
- The product you procured was defective
For hygiene and safety concerns, the following products can only be returned according to our refund policy or exchanged if the above requirements are met in addition to the following conditions. These parameters do not hinder your right of return in the event of defective goods.
- Panties, briefs, body shapers and leggings must be tried on over undergarments. For the sake of safety and hygiene, we can refuse returns where it is obvious this has not been done. If any item has a preventive adhering strip, it must still be attached on return.
- Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
Most of our products may be returned for refund or exchange, with the following exceptions: Final Sale; products labeled as ‘Final Sale’ on the product information page are sold on ‘As is where is basis’ and cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are not included in our return and exchange policy. If this applies to your product it will be clearly mentioned on the product information page before you purchase.
Unfortunately, all shipping costs that you incur are always nonrefundable. Once your product has been dispatched, it means that we have already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves as per their policy.
How Can We Return or Exchange a Product
We want you to enjoy your new products and we happily accept returns for all items that are bought within 30 days from the order delivery date.
1. Easy Returns
Please simply follow these guidelines when returning any part of your order:
- Contact our customer service department via email to let us know your order ID and why you want to return your product. Our Customer service staff will receive your request and will respond within 1-2 working days with solutions and return instructions.
- Pack the item safely in the original product box if possible and include all items and packing slip. To ensure credit all products must be returned in good shape.
- Completely remove, cover or mark any shipping tags or labels and leave your package at your nearest delivery service provider. (Please use a shipping method that offers insured and traceable service. (We don’t accept C.O.D deliveries).
- Always remember to obtain and keep your shipment receipt until you have fully received your refund so that you can make a claim with your delivery service in case they misplace your package in transit

Please contact our customer service department if you want a different size, color or something else altogether. Our customer service staff will acknowledge your request and will respond within 1-2 working days with options and return instructions.
Procedure for Returns
Send your returns back to our address. It will take up to 10 working days for the whole process. Our warehouse returns division will collect your package order and then sort it out within 2 working days of being received.
Your request will be processed by our returns and exchange section within 5 business days from the day we receive your package.
Returns will be sent to the credit processing section to be completed within 5 business days. Remember that the shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be released within 30 days of receiving your return request, in the same form as the original payment.
In case of an expired credit card or for some other reason for which we are not able to refund your account, you will be issued your refund in the shape of store credit or a gift card.
All exchanges are sent to the shipping section, which then sends you the new replaced item within 1 week of your request for exchange. At this stage, you can not make any changes to your exchange requests.
