Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Any request for return or exchange made after 30 days from the date of purchase, will not be entertained.

Your product will only be accepted for return if your item is unused and in the same condition it was when you got it. It must be in its original packaging as well.

There are many types of products that are not eligible for returns.  Perishable items, such as food, flowers, magazines and newspapers, cannot be returned. We also don’t accept return items that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, combustible materials or gases.

Additional non-returnable goods:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Some items relating to health and personal care

To acknowledge and accept your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please don’t return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are also some situations where only limited refunds are granted such as (If applicable):

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game or vinyl record that has been used or opened
  • Any product not in its original state and is defective or missing parts for reasons not related to our fault
  • Any product returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

After receipt and review of your shipment, we will send you an email informing you that we have your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund was approved or refused.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit or the original method of payment will be automatically be applied within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

 

  • If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider. It can take some time before the refund is officially released.
  • Next, please contact your bank. There is always some approval period before a refund is issued.
  • When you have completed all of this and have not yet earned your refund, please send us an email for more details.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only products that are the regular price will be refunded, however sales goods will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only made if your item is damaged or defective. Send us an email and ship your item to our address if you require exchanging it for a similar item.

Gifts

If the product you procured was classified as a gift and delivered directly to you, you will only receive a gift credit for the similar amount of your refund. We will give you a Gift Certificate as soon as we receive your returned order.

If your returned package was not labeled as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order delivered to them so they might deliver it to you afterwards, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will learn about your return.

Shipping

In case of returns please mail your items to our business address.

In case of any refunds you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Whenever you get your refund the mailing costs are always subtracted from your refund payment.

The time in which you receive your refund can differ depending on where you are located.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should only use a traceable delivery service or buy shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that whether we will get your returned item or not.
