What is the procedure of placing an order online on your website?

It is very easy and fast to order any product online from our web store.

For ordering any item:

  • Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button to add it to your shopping bag
  • Click the Shopping Bag icon at the top right corner of the page to see all the items in your Shopping Bag
  • Review all products in your shopping cart- If you are ready to make your purchase then simply click on ‘Checkout”
  • Fill in all the required details on the checkout page and click on ‘Continue to Shipping Method’ to proceed with your order
  • Select your preferred method of shipping and press ‘Continue to Payment Method’ once you’re finished.
  • To complete your transaction, click on “Proceed to check out”

How will I know if my order has been confirmed or not?

You will receive a confirmation and Thank You email upon completion of your order. This confirms that your order was submitted with success. The confirmation email will contain your purchase information, including your order number, the items you ordered, order tracking numbers and so on. Keep a copy of this email for your records. We will constantly update you about your package so you will know when you will be receiving it. Please keep an eye out for any email you receive from us.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel orders once placed, due to the fast pace at which we execute your orders. How will I find out my order status?

When your order has been billed, you will get a shipment confirmation email from our distribution center indicating that your order has been dispatched. You can easily check the status of your order on your account. Click here to sign in to your account.

In case part of my order is available and the other part is temporarily unavailable, will you send me the part order or will I have to wait for the complete order to be available?

We will send the portion of your order that is available with us and provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number.  We will confirm with you if you would like to wait for the new missing shipment or issue a refund as per your request.

My order has been dispatched but I am not able to track it. How can I know where it is?

After receiving your shipping confirmation email, you might not be able to access your tracking details for the first 24 to 48 hours. If you are still not able to track your order after 48 hours, please contact us via email. It usually takes between 7 to 12 days for our packages to arrive at your doorstep by standard delivery and within 4 business days in case of priority delivery. As soon as your order is billed you will receive a confirmation email confirming the dispatch of your order from our warehouse. You can easily check your order status by reviewing your order on your account.

In how much time will I receive my order?

If we have your ordered item ready in stock it mostly takes:

Standard Delivery Time: 7 to 12 working days

In case of Priority Delivery: Around 4 Working days

How will I know where my package is?

You will receive a confirmation email of your shipment as soon as your order has been billed and shipped from our distribution center. Simply check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website.


My package is being shown as delivered on my account, but I have not received it. What should I do in this situation?

In this case, you should first double-check the location and area where the package is being shown as delivered to by the carrier. You can check with your neighbors as well, as maybe it was mistakenly dropped off at the wrong address. Also, check for any attempted delivery notices which mean the carrier tried to deliver your package but no one was home. If you still don’t find anything, then wait for a day or so, because some carrier electronic systems may show the package as delivered even when it’s still on the way. If still after this you don’t receive your package, call the carrier with your tracking number for more details.

I just had a baby. How long do I need to wait to use your products?

Congratulations! You can start wearing a cincher almost one week after giving birth. In case you had a C-Section, you should wait for at least two weeks. But everybody’s case is different so it’s best to consult your doctor for more professional advice.  




I need more control over my shape, should I choose one size smaller than what I usually wear?

No, you should not go for a smaller size, as it might not fit right and may cause pain. Our shapewear comes in a variety of control levels: Minimal control, slight control, moderate control, strong control and maximum control. It is best to go up a control level instead of going down a size. This will make sure your shapewear offers the best support and stays comfortable at the same time.

What size should I choose if I am planning to lose weight in the future?

We will recommend you to choose shapewear according to your current size, as it will mold with your body. Do keep in mind that our shapewear can make you look up to 2 dress sizes smaller instantly, depending on the compression level you choose, but make sure it doesn’t cause any discomfort.

Please have a look at our size chart for our recommended measurements. We recommend going up a size if you are feeling numbness in your legs, shortness of breath, stomach pain or tingling.

My size is in between two sizes. What size should I choose?

Don’t worry! We know all bodies are different. Please follow these simple tips to help choose the perfect shapewear according to your body:

Never choose a very small size. Our shapewear is made to slim and smooth your body, so choosing a very small size will cause bulges and discomfort.
